Rotating Partner Pickleball Tournament
Date:June 25
Time: Tournament Group 1: 10am-1pm / Tournament Group 2: 1pm-4pm
Cost: 20.00$ for paid members, 30.00$ for PAYG members
This unique event features 16 players competing in a rotating-partner round robin format, giving participants the opportunity to play with different partners throughout the tournament while earning points individually. At the end of the round robin, the four highest-scoring players will advance to the championship finals to compete for the title.
Whether you’re aiming for the podium or simply looking to enjoy a fun day on the courts, this tournament offers plenty of exciting match play, friendly competition, and a chance to test your skills against a variety of opponents.
Included with Registration:
• Rotating-partner round robin tournament
• Guaranteed five matches
• Pickleball medals for the top three players
• Catered lunch featuring sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, and dessert
Spectators are welcome to join us for lunch for $10.00 per person. To reserve a spectator lunch, please email Jessica at Executivedirector@eptc.ca at least three days in advance.
*Lunch starts at 12pm. Tournament groups 1 and 2 will share the same lunch / social gathering.

Drives and Drops Pickleball Clinic (1.5-hour sessions)

Dates: June 23, June 30, and July 7 Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Cost: $22.50 per session for paid members, $30.00 per session for PAYG members
Attacking the ball at the right time is essential for your team to gain the advantage. Knowing when to drop, drive, reset, and identify attackable balls is the focus of these sessions. Specific drills will be designed to improve your shots and your ability to execute them at the right moment.
Adult/Youth (Pairs) Pickleball Clinic (3 days, 3 hours per day)
Coach: Coby Pearce, Professional Pickleball Player (CNPL)
Dates: July 7–9 Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Cost: $280 for paid members, $310 for PAYG members
This unique pickleball coaching opportunity is being offered to adult/youth pairs from July 7 to July 9, inclusive (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM daily). The pair will typically be a parent and child, though that is not a requirement.
One adult and one youth must register together as a pair for all three days. This family activity is designed for Adults (ages 21–100) of any pickleball level and Youth (ages 10–13) at the beginner or intermediate level.
Equipment will be provided.
Live Ball Pickleball Clinic

Step onto the court and elevate your game with Play with the Coach, a dynamic clinic designed for players who want to improve through live play and immediate feedback. This interactive session focuses on smart positioning, strategic shot selection, court awareness, and real-time decision-making.

Master the Reset – Defensive Control Pickleball Clinic

Take control of the pace with Master the Reset, a focused clinic designed to help players neutralize pressure and regain positioning with confidence.

• Execute soft resets from the transition zone
• Absorb pace using paddle angle and touch
• Stay balanced under pressure
• Transition smoothly to the kitchen line
• Recognize when a reset is the smartest option
Dinking with Purpose – Kitchen Strategy Clinic
Coaches: Shawn and Gaby Bellefeuille
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Date: August 6 Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Cost: $30.00 for paid members, $40.00 for PAYG members
Dinking with Purpose is a clinic focused on developing consistency, control, and strategy at the non-volley zone. Players will learn how to dink with intention, move opponents, create attacking opportunities, and improve decision-making during soft-game exchanges.

• Create pressure through smart dinking
• Move opponents out of position
• Recognize attackable balls
• Improve patience and consistency at the kitchen line
Pickleball at EPTC: Play, Learn and Improve!
Leveled Pickleball Mixers (Free for Members) START MAY 3
We host fun, leveled mixers every day of the week for: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced • Super Advanced • Open
Mixer coordinators will organize games using the PB Play app or Kings Court format. All players will be included in the rotation. Games are 10–12 minutes long, and we supply the balls.
Mixer Registration Info:
Registration opens 7 days before each session
• Guests/Non-Members: register 24 hours in advance (if space is available)
• Cost for Guests/PAYG: $10+HST (wristband required from the monitor)
• Capacity: • 20 players on 4 courts
• 15 players on 3 courts
• 10 players on 2 courts
Waitlist Policy: If a session is full, you’ll be added to the Waitlist. You are responsible for checking your status — even at the last minute. If you no longer wish to be on the Waitlist, please remove your name. Avoid last-minute cancellations and noshows to keep things fair for everyone.
